Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • 2lb. italian sausage
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 12oz can tomato sauce
  • 3 raw potatoes julienne sliced
  • 1 bag frozen vegetables (asian blend)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 3 tbs. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 bay leaves

Directions

  1. Brown meat
  2. Combine ingredients in large pot
  3. Add water to 1 1/2 in. of top of pot.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Simmer covered for 45 min. to 1 hr.

Serves …a lot of food
